Average Days to Resolve

The Average Days to Resolve report displays a bar chart of the top 20 Customers with highest average number of days for deduction resolution.

Information Number of days to resolve a deduction = Deduction closed date - deduction created date AVERAGE DAYS TO RESOLVE = Sum of days to resolve deductions in the selected period / Count of deductions resolved

Hovering over the series displays a tooltip of the respective Customer name on Y-axis and their AVERAGE DAYS TO RESOLVE value.

Out-of-the-Box Features

The Out-of-the-Box features and functionalities of the report are as follows:

• Standard Out-of-the-Box Filters - Filters the entire report based on Company Code and Period.

• Kebab Menu - Click this icon to access options such as download, schedule, and mark the report as favorite. For more details, refer to Using Kebab Menu Options.
